SmartFluidPower srl was born as a spin-off of the University of Modena in 2018, with the aim of transferring the knowledge and technologies gained in the academic field to the industrial world. In particular, the company has specialized in the development of advanced dynamic simulation software for components and systems, used in various sectors, including agricultural and earthmoving machinery, industrial, aerospace and automotive applications. This close link with the University has allowed us to benefit from close collaboration with the world of research, guaranteeing constant technological updating and a high level of innovation.

The transition to an innovative SME was sanctioned by the Ministry of Economic Development, which recognized SmartFluidPower as having the necessary requirements to obtain this qualification. At the same time as the change in status, we made a first significant change in the corporate structure, with the entry of Eng. Marco Rizzoli who had already been part of the team for some time as a collaborator in product development. This entry into the role of partner and director is fundamental for the contribution of new skills and a strategic vision, further contributing to the company’s growth and innovation path.
